Flow Yoga with Wendy Howell, Certified Yoga Instructor

Flow Yoga links movement with breath. Our classes are designed to include an emphasis on core work, upper & lower body strengthening as well as increased flexibility. The room is slightly heated and every class will include sweating, toning, cardio, and fun. Flow Yoga is practiced in a friendly and supportive environment appropriate for any fitness level. Every Flow Yoga class at DTI is a fresh and invigorating experience coupled with unique sequences. Wear comfortable active wear that allows you to move freely. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot. Please bring a yoga mat. DTI supplies yoga blocks.

Zumba with Jazon Escultura

Moving the World to a New Beat! Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that is moving millions of people toward joy and health. When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they are getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There is no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It's easy, effective and exhilarating! Wear comfortable active wear that allows you to move freely. Zumba may be practiced with or without shoes.

Beginning/Intermediate Ballet with Maria LaMance with over 15 years of ballet experience

It is never too late to learn ballet! Adult ballet classes offer a fun way to tone your body and build long lean muscles. Taking part in an adult ballet class is good for your body as well as your mind. Besides promoting cardiovascular fitness and good posture, ballet is very enjoyable by people of all ages. Ballet class will usually begin at the barre for warming up, then progress to the center of the floor. If you feel uncomfortable wearing tights and a leotard, simply wear a T-shirt and sweatpants. Make sure you wear something that allows you to move freely. Ballet slippers are typically made of either canvas or leather.

Registration & Pricing

Our DTI Adult Class Card pricing is for ages 15 to adults and is separate to Ballet School, Other Styles and Ages 3-4 tuition. Class cards are purchased at DTI. Students present their class card before class. There are no registration fees for adult program students. New students, please arrive 20 minutes early for registration / check in. Classes start on time.
